Cancellation and Refund
Customers may cancel an order within 3 days of the order date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 3-day period will be subject to a charge of 100% of the invoice value. Please note that cancellations are not allowed once the product has been delivered.
In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, NewCaneFurniture may need to cancel your order. If this occurs, we will refund the full amount to the customer.
