Warranty

At NewCaneFurniture, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of every piece of furniture we create. We use top-quality materials and expert craftsmanship to ensure the best for our customers. Each item undergoes strict quality checks before it reaches your home. Once your product is delivered, assembled, and accepted, we consider our warranty obligations fulfilled.

Delivery

Our delivery timeline generally ranges from 3 to 36 days, depending on the product. The estimated delivery time is listed on each product page. Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Rest assured, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Terms of Payment

For orders valued at BDT 5,000 or less, Cash on Delivery (COD) is an option. For orders exceeding BDT 5,000, full payment must be made in advance through Cash, Card, or bKash.

VAT

As per government regulations, VAT is applicable on all purchases and will be added to the total payment amount. A VAT Challan will be provided to customers.

Inventory Holding Cost

If you need to extend your delivery date, please inform us at least four (4) days before the scheduled delivery. You may extend the delivery by up to 14 days (2 weeks) at no extra charge. For extensions beyond 2 weeks, a holding fee of 0.20% of the total order value per day will apply.

Customization

NewCaneFurniture offers a wide range of products and accepts various types of customizations to meet your specific needs. Please note that customization charges will vary based on the complexity and scope of the requested work.
